  • One introductory planning call to review your vision, details, and priorities

  • Final event timeline creation and confirmation with you

  • Vendor communication beginning one week prior to your event

  • Day-of coordination, including setup oversight and light styling support

  • Management of the event schedule so everything stays on track

  • On-site problem solving and troubleshooting as needed

  • Wrap-up assistance at the end of your celebration
